JAYACO was established in 1986 targeting exports of processed food products to overseas Asian markets. Later developed to a manufacturing exporter of processed foods & agricultural products. With strong determination and superior product quality maintenance, within a couple of years Jayaco diversified its product range by manufacturing pappadams, ground spices, curry powders, pickles & other processed foods and expanded its areas of operation to Kuwait, UAE, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Malaysia. Modernization and state-of-the-art facilities were added as the business expanded in recent years.

PRESENT OPERATION

Presently operating in 22500sq.ft. area of Factory cum Storing, with advanced facilities including dedicated grinding, packaging, printing, fumigating and cleaning facilities. The fumigation facilities are according to International Quarantine Convention standards. Jayaco also has in-house container loading facilities for exports with SGS certification.

PRODUCTS

Jayaco has a wide range of products, with over 200 products in store. A variety of high quality spices, ground spices, flours, rice, pappadams, curry powders, ghee, oil, desiccated coconut, pickles, etc. hygienically manufactured/processed, cleaned and packed. The packaging sizes are customized to meet different consumer needs, as we strongly believe that our consumer’s satisfaction is the base for a strong & long lasting market share.

QUALITY STANDARDS

Quality standards are considered at utmost importance in Jayaco. The products at all times run through a set of stringent quality control procedures before they are packed for exports, starting from the first stage of procuring raw materials. Products are tested in labs to check their quality level before processing.

Jayaco is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company and is presently proceeding towards HACCP accreditation.
